When is tuition due?

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month September through May. A late fee of $10 is applied to tuition balances that are unpaid after the 5th of the month. (Separate polices for Company members, see contract and handbook)

What forms of payment are accepted?

Payments can be made via cash, check or credit card at the dance centre during regular office hours or placed in the payment box. Credit card payments (with applicable fees) may also be made through your Parent Portal Online Account

What other fees should I expect throughout the year?

Costume deposits are due October 18th; however, you can pay an additional deposit at any time prior to when full payment is due on November 16th. If you change your schedule, your costume amount may change, too.

A $100 per family non-refundable recital fee is due by April 15th, 2019. This fee is separate from your costume payment and helps defer the costs of our recital. This fee includes 1 Souvenir Program Book, Digital Recording of Gala, 1 Gala t-shirt, and 4 Gala tickets. Additional additional t-shirts are $15 and additional tickets are $10 each.

How do I drop a class?

If you need to drop a class for any reason, please stop in the office and fill out a drop/add class and withdrawal form. This must be done 30 days before your child stops attending their class. Absence does not constitute a withdrawal and you are responsible for tuition up until 30 days after we receive the completed withdrawal form.

What are your hours?

The office is staffed:
Monday 4:30-8:30pm
Tuesday 4:30-8:30pm
Thursday 4:80-8:00pm
